The board met on September 23. It was a hybrid meeting -- with some members attending in person on Katz Terrace and others attending via Zoom. After Melissa Levy led traditional Sukkot blessings, Andrea Mark gave a presentation and introduction to PJTC's newly created mission statement she and her task force developed. After a motion was made to approve the mission statement, and after discussion, the motion passed. The board then received information on various topics. This included a presentation by Diane Burr regarding her group’s efforts to develop an inclusivity statement for our synagogue.
