Ethan Elliot & Eliana EsterRose Masjedi will be called to the Torah together for their B’nai Mitzvah on July 31, 2021. Ethan & Eliana are the children of Michele & Yehouda Masjedi and siblings of Elijah. They both attend South Pasadena Middle School where Ethan will begin eighth grade and Eliana seventh in the Fall. Eliana is looking forward to being on campus at Middle School as she has only attended virtually thus far.                                                                                  

Ethan loves to travel, has an obsession of cars and creates incredible projects in his spare time. Eliana spends any chance she can taking care of young children, biking and baking.

For their mitzvah project, they continued their older brother’s passion for the homeless. Ethan routinely collects money to make brown bag lunches (about 50-100 at a time) that our family distributes in downtown Los Angeles, and Eliana collected toiletries and made 120 kits for both men and women that were given to Union Station. “Giving to others in need makes us feel very happy!” Both Ethan and Eliana have made many lasting friendships and memories at PJTC over the last five years and look forward to this very important milestone.
